EMDR Training

EMDR Culturally Sensitive Training for BIPOC Clinicians

  • Day 1: 20 Mar (9-5 EST)
  • Days 2-4: From 3-5 Apr (9-5 EST)
  • Day 5: 17 Apr (9-5 EST)

Presented by Anna-Michele Antoine-Cooper

(EMDRAA Accredited Trainer)

EMDR clinicians who have begun their training are invited to join our program specifically designed for those who identify as Black, Indigenous or other traditionally underrepresented persons of colour (BIPOC).

The program is designed to create a space for learning EMDR while promoting equity and inclusion, open discussions about the challenges and rewards of cultural sensitivity, and advancing EMDR within the Australian cultural context.

Anna and the TRNA faculty are BIPOC EMDR Clinicians, with a view to share common knowledge for EMDR Level 1 trained clinicians who need to complete the second 20 hours of training and consultation in order to be certified as completing the 50 hours required by EMDRAA.

The fee is $1600 and includes 10 hours of group consultation. You may attend the full program, or begin on Day 2 where we begin with case conceptualisation and target sequence planning.
